Welcome!

Welcome to the Central Coast Immunization Registry (CCIR) web site!

The Central Coast Immunization Registry (CCIR) is the unique partnership between San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties working together to maintain a regional immunization information system.

The CCIR can provide parents and health care providers with valuable immunization information to ensure the appropriate immunizations are given at the correct time. This information is critical in order to prevent vaccine-preventable diseases in our community. Immunization is preventative healthcare for a lifetime and an immunization registry can be an essential tool used to ensure health for a lifetime.

This web site explains how the CCIR works and how it can benefit providers, parents, and our community.
